Where in the constitution does it say the military gets to decide who is the legitimate Commander-in-chief?

Our forefathers went to great pains to make sure the military was controlled by civilians.

Civilian control of the military is a doctrine in military and political science that places ultimate responsibility for a country's strategic decision-making in the hands of the civilian political leadership, rather than professional military officers.

Anyhow....all this confusion would not exist if The Supreme Court had not dropped the ball.....aka too cowardly again(as they were in the case of obama not being constitutionally qualified to be president) to do do what hey should have done....stepped in and made sure there was a thourough investigation of the election and the claims it was fraudulent as appears to be the case.

Thus the military chiefs saw an opportunity to jump in and take on the role of KingMaker.....this is absolutely treasonous and the military chiefs should be held accountable for this....never in our history has the military attempted to say who the legitimate President is....that is up to the Congress and the Supreme Court.....not the miitary.

It was not that long ago that General Milley himself said the military would not get involved in the electoral process and yet here they are doing exactly that.....outgrageous to the extreme....shoud not be tolerated.

In a nutshell what we have here is a weakened President unable to control the military, a cowardly supreme court, a treasonous democratic party and a bunch of cowardly republicans connelley etc. who cave in to the msm and the democratic party who are hell bound to institute a system of totalitarian control of the American People.

That is what angered the protestors in Washington so much that they stormed the Capitol bldg.

What will happen now is that the American Patriots who are willing to get out in the streets and show their support for the President and for Liberty are not strong enough and their activisim is being turned against them and deviously being used by the msm and career politicians to make it appear the patriots are the threat to America when the opposite is actually the case......already we are seeing patriots jailed in big numbers and we will unfortunately see a lot more of this.

Antifa is not anti-fascist. They use fascist tactics in pursuit of fascist goals.

That makes no sense. Fascist tactics are propaganda, typically bizarre claims never meant to be taken at face value but when combined with other equally bizarre and fake claims are meant to undermine trust. Rational reasoning is replaced with fear and anger. When it is successful, its audience is left with a destabilized sense of loss, and a well of mistrust and anger against those who it has been told are responsible for that loss.

Antifa is a loose network of antiracist, antifascist protestors. Their method of fighting fascism and racism is direct confirmation in protests and riots that often become violent, but certainly not propaganda.
