Joe Burrow looks as if he suffered a torn Achilles

There were 10 years between Staubach and Aikman and the Cowboys have sucked since Aikman's been gone. They only have 4 PO wins since the 2000 season......

Packers dId it in dumping Brett Favre and bringing up Aaron Rodgers

14 years ish between SB's? Farve won a SB in 96 I think and Rodgers didnt win anything until 2010? They did get 2 HOF QB's in a row but they didnt have the sustained championship success.

I will say there's more hype then substance surrounding Rodgers IMO. He's puts up great regular season numbers but is a shit show in the PO's win percentage wise.

The NFL is cyclic ( Steelers ) ( Early Packers / Modern Packers ) (Patriots) ( Cowboys / Niners / Raiders ... all had big ups & Downs and resurgence and dynastic dominance . The AFL days and modern era have lotsa power Players ...

Steve Young took over for Joe Montana on a team that was already a dynasty in the 80s and 90s
The West Coast Offense and most key players were basically the same.

Aaron Rodgers and Brett Favre were different skill sets and ran a different offense

Yeah that was the point I was making. One LA RAM FAN cant seem to wrap his brain around.

That’s the only team to do it.

Ok. The reasons dont really matter. The Packers weren’t a championship team when Rodgers took over let alone a perennial contender nor were they after he took over. He was 10 years into his career before he won a SB and never got close to even going back let alone winning one. He’s barely .500 in the POs.

Amart is not going to like this bit of news .It was reported today that burrow is expected to be out for several weeks.as I said before, forget homefield advantage, they will be very fortunate if they even make it to the playoffs this year. They were the lone threat to the chiefs going to the Super Bowl this year, face it,the bills choke all the time.they don’t compare with the great teams from the Jim Kelly marv levy era.the chiefs have an excellent shot at doing something no nfl team has done in almost twenty years, win back to back superbowls.if no major injury’s happen I wouldn’t bet against them.not with Mahomes as long as he remains healthy.

Now the bungles might Shock everybody and have another Kurt Warner or Tom Brady to come out of nowhere and shock the world so who knows, everybody thought theur seasons were done those two years when Trent green of the rams and drew Bledsoe of the pats went down as well so stranger things have happened.

Will the bungles pull a trifecta as well? Highly doubtful but we shall see,at the moment their season looks like toast though.
