I applaud the Congresswoman for setting precedent for an elected Representative of Congress to be able to interpret an Administration’s policy and actions and subsequently work with foreign nations to usurp or undermine the Administration’s policy(s) -especially working with foreign nations.

If she goes unsanctioned for this, then Republicans can use this as license to do the same when they don’t agree with a Democrat Administration’s policies.

Jayapal subjectively deemed an Administration’s policies were illegal and acted on it by working with other nations to usurp it. That is the core of my argument. You keep trying to shift it to your issues with Reagan and your push to map monarchy to Republicans.

I’m not indicting Jayapal on this. Again, Jayapal may have just opened up a path for members and in the minority party to subjectively assess a policy to be illegal and work with other nations to usurp that.
