Arrest her now. She is openly subverting and trying to thwart her own government's actions, worse, she is using taxpayer money to do it. If she does not agree with the Cuban oil embargo, her only outlet of disagreement is to simply report it to upper echelons there in DC and next election, vote her vote for a different choice for president, not go behind our country's back to oppose it.

Here's an idea: Jayapal should rent a big boat, fill it with drums, then try to sail it all down to Cuba.
