James Talarico for President

Correct. He's a fake. People like you who put all beliefs in the same basket fall for these wolves.
Actually he gets it

He says Jesus had two criteria
Love God
Love your Neighbor

He opposes those who embrace the first and ignore the second

Then he doesn't actually get it since loving your neighbor means not supporting killing your neighbor and thats what abortion is. Talarico's rancid fruits are on full display for everyone to see.

Key Political Positions
  • Opposition to Christian Nationalism: He is a vocal critic of Christian nationalism, calling it "a cancer on our religion" and "idolatrous". He strongly opposes policies like mandating the Ten Commandments in public schools.
  • Healthcare: Driven by his own diagnosis with Type 1 diabetes, he successfully passed legislation capping insulin copays at $25 a month in Texas. He supports expanding Medicaid and making healthcare a human right.
  • Education: As a former teacher, he advocates for increased public school funding and opposes school vouchers, which he views as defunding public education.
  • Immigration: He supports a "secure border" combined with a pathway to citizenship. He often uses the metaphor that the southern border should be treated like a "front porch" with a "welcome mat" but also a "lock on the door".
  • Gun Control: Following mass shootings in Texas, he has been a prominent voice for stricter gun control laws, arguing that "thoughts and prayers" without action are "cynical".
  • Democracy Reform: He supports automatic voter registration, repealing voter ID laws, and imposing term limits on members of Congress.
  • Foreign Policy: Talarico supports a two-state solution for Israel and Palestine, opposes offensive U.S. aid to Israel, and has called for an end to conflicts through negotiations.

All good reasons for ushering him to the Losers section. Just his views on illegal immigrants will doom his candidacy. I do hope the democrats go with him.

Did Jesus support abortion and trans/queers? What's his position on sin? Jesus preached righteousness and repentance. You fakes ignore the true Gospel.

He's just another typical leftist. Nothing new.

Nope, thats not hate. Why don't you require the parties that made that child be accountable? You're only digging your hole bigger.
Strictly in terms of political parties that indulge in abortion,
It swings highly to the abundance of numbers regarding the women of the SOUTH. The Welfare States. The RED States. Those States are highly (R).

Quit blaming abortion on the left, when the right is involved in higher numbers.

The LEFT may advocate for abortion rights, but clearly the RW conservatives from the Welfare South participate in larger numbers.

Sure, keep hiding behind that cloud of ignorance you determine as a strong trait of yours.

I haven’t seen such a young charismatic candidate for Dems in 20 years.
In 2006 an unknown young state senator from Illinois named Barack Obama ran for the U.S. Senate and leveraged it into the Presidency.
James Talarico is a young state senator from Texas who is running for the U.S. Senate. I haven’t seen such a religious candidate for the Democrats in my lifetime. He quotes scripture and has a Masters in Divinity Studies.
Talarico is drawing big crowds in Texas and is able to reach across the aisle.

He will get his ass handed to him in November and be sleeping on Betos couch by Christmas.

You guys are Pontius Pilate though. You guys are the moneychangers. You guys say sin is okay and continue to do it is what Christ wanted. You turn on your own for not following your doctrines, even if there is sense in it.

He explained the impact on those non-Christians in the classroom.
They are spending taxpayer money on rooms so that would be used for prayer for Muslims. Putting the 10 Commandments in school would bother nobody who didn’t pay attention to them.

You can’t support one religious group activity without supporting the other, right?
