None of that is proof that Spencer Rattler is a franchise QB let alone the best QB of his draft class. Because some NFL people have made a mistake in the past doesn't not equate to them having made a mistake here. It's not even the same people for ***** sake. For every Tom Brady there are hundreds of QB's drafted after rounds 1-3 who don't even make a squad. What percentage of QB's drafted in the 5th round or later end up as starting franchise QB's in the NFL? Most QB's drafted outside the 1st Round dont end up as franchise QB's.

It really takes 4-5 years to sort that out.

Daniels is now an "asterisk" and his injury risk given his running and slim build was always there
Williams is showing more but isn't playing at Maye's level
Penix is an inconsistent "to be determined"
McCarthy has been injury prone and just had a bad day today
Bo Nix, at least even you can see that one...

Not sure about the point you are trying to make.
The HC doesn't trade players. He might make suggestions, but the GM makes the trades.
That said, ATL trading Favre was a YUGE mistake.

Nix has been superior to Rattler at EVERY level.

Maye, has exceeded. He has been exceptional.
Daniels, has exceeded, sucks he got that non-throwing Elbow Injury, he will be back.
Williams, he is like Rattler, in the sense that he misses too many wide open targets.
Penix, my boy from UW, but College is different than NFL. Great arm, but he struggles over the middle. I've watched Penix play in 30+ games, great fling, struggles with touch.
McCarthy, defeated my Huskies in the Championship. He played well. Injured....too much.
JJ doesn't miss the wide open target like Rattler does.

Missed reads are different than bad throws. A young QB will miss reads. Even Mahomes does sometimes. That is different from a bad throw.
