The fact that Joe Biden happens to be running for office, is not an excuse for the fact that he is neck deep in corruption. Biden wasn't even running for office when he committed that corruption, he was the Vice President. And it needs to be investigated, whether Biden is running or not. Period. End of story.
I agree. Running for office is not a shield from investigation.
