I tend to agree. Birth rates are falling. The institution of marriage has become toxic to men due to no fault divorce laws and
the courts almost always awarding custody, child support, and even alimony to the wife. Women, especially young women, usually vote for progressive candidates, This has been disastrous for the West because the Left has been flooding the West with third world migrants to prop up the welfare state and dilute the native Western vote. Another aspect of this failing birth rate is the Me Me Me culture that has made people become so narcissistic that they really can't stand to be around each other and prefer to live their phony lives on the Internet rather than in physical company. It's a bad combination of government and stupidity, which seem to go hand in hand. Part of the stupidity is these psychologically fucked up democraps who prefer same sex relationships that make actual childbirth near impossible, and then when one does slip through the cracks they kill it in the womb. Those who want a family have zero issues doing that. I think theres always been this messed up societal dogma that somehow its a duty and responsibility to be married and have kids. Imagine all the unhappy people years and years ago who got married but deep down never wanted that. We have moved past that and people are now feeling free to pursue the life they want instead of what society says they should do. Plus, people are putting off marriage until later as they want to become financially well off which is what the people who clamor about being a rugged individual want. Now those same people decrying dont be a parasite, etc got what they wanted.

joke aside, no. The West is not patriarchical in the anthropological sense of the word. Certainly not "through and through".

Western societies are not organized along rigid gender roles where women are in chatge of child rearing whereas the men work the fields and hunt.

Western societies are modern and built on individual right where everyone is in control of their own fate.

Indeed, everyone can do what they want.. but what ought they do if they want to achieve happiness and fulfillment in life? You cannot seem to grasp the difference.

Gender roles aren't enforced, they naturally occur based on human physiology... notice how like every civilization across all continents in history have very similar male-female dynamics and gender roles. Do you know why that is? It's because when men and women act naturally, they fall into those roles. The only way to deviate them is by social engineering and technology.. and that has negative effects on the psychology and dynamics among other things.

Women needed men to get their rights. Men controlled (and control) government because they control force. Only men can provide the force necessary to maintain institutions. Democracy and Government need to be protected by Force, aka men. So even when feminism gets a W in government, it's because men protected them and allowed it to happen. If Men joined together and said "No, this Feminism BS sucks".. they could have just imprisoned all women and put them in cages if they wanted, and women wouldn't have been able to do anything about it. Meanwhile, women cannot do that to men.

No. Women needed government to first recognize their rights and then promise to protect them. Reducing this to "men" is a little silly.

Yes, but yet that doesn't make them happier, or fulfill them like it does for men. Women's reported happiness is still lower, and that's likely because they are avoiding their calling to nurture, sacrifice, support via biological programming. Of course, there's exceptions to the rule, but in general, women who are married and have children are the happiest, especially those who are Christian. You can get frustrated with that, but it's been ironclad, and it makes complete sense.

We don't see women becoming bitter incel losers.

The two groups are equal to each other:

There's indeed a group of bitter young men who have failed to launch and use the internet to vent, troll, etc. and are mad they can't find a woman.
There's also a group of bitter 33-35+ women who have trained themselves to be masculine disagreeable forces and cannot find a man they desire.

Both actively participate in traits that makes them less attractive to the opposite sex. The difference is, we shame men for it while we celebrate women for it.. thus, we encourage bitter single women who aggressively seek each other for group support and comfort, and have large influence in entertainment, media, etc.

I mean, Men generally aren't turned on by a woman because she has a career or money, but women are certainly attracted to men for those reasons, and it makes complete sense based on their evolutionary behavioral psychological differences.

And, if you want to best outcome, drafting women to equalize things isn't a good solution, because women don't make good soldiers. All of our military has had to drastically reduce qualifications for women so they can even participate.

To me, the answer is that the men, the ones who are the most capable of defending the nation, and the ones who are vulnerable to such a task, might deserve a bit of privilege for doing that.. and our society should have a little appreciation for men, and honor their courage, stoicism, masculinity, etc. We don't do that in our modern, soft, feminist culture. Women are born on 3rd base and flex like they built from the ground up... they, and their feminist ideology and rights, only exist because men protect it and allow it. That's a reality check. Somebody just needs to break them the news... and our current social institutions seem to just want to continue to lie to them, and boy do they buy it.
