They also dont comprehend that prior 1979 IRAN was not an "Islamic" country, they were a Persian country who favored Islam perhaps, but it was not their culture. I posted earlier that Iran's mine-laying capacity is asymmetrical. They don't have any dedicated ships, they use small boats. That means any boat showing up off the coast of Iran should be targeted. I'm sure our Navy is watching that, seeing how they've already sank 16 of them.
