This is typical of the spineless "leadership" that allowed the Iranian Regime grow into the worlds' number one Terrorist threat. Nearly 2 months ago 22 countries signed an agreement to support "Opening" the Strait of Hormuz. In the mean time Iran has attacked civilian ships with speed boats and missiles as well as attempting to place mines ALL IN INTERNATIONAL WATERS. Now would be a really good time to stop talking the talk and start walking the walk. This display of global cowardice may be the final straw as for US involvement with NATO.

Rubio is correct in arguing this is against international law and effectively piracy. On the flip side blockades are accepted methods of warfare, and thee US is doing it itself right now.
