Seriously. Stopping and crippling the Iran rail system would be child's play for the USA. Even though at that, it can only handle about 5% of Iran's normal oil output anyway!

If it is a Chinese train, Trump would be really stupid to bomb it. Never mind the environmental disaster it would cause.

Bombing the rail system itself would cause a humanitarian disaster, and possibly be a war crime.

Bombing RR bridges to stop 5% of Iran's oil going to China, and then blowing up the pumping stations going to the Caspian sea would stop the last 5% of oil out of Iran. That means zero oil out of Iran.
It would not be a humanitarian or environmental disaster, nor a war crime.

Iran has to be just about out of places left to store further oil, they are going to have to stop pumping real soon, then they are really screwed, they might end up losing 40% of their pumping capacity.
