Iran is transporting oil to China via rail

There are roughly 10,000 km of overland routes between China and Iran:
The blockade is useless

Nice try at fake news but here's the thing: the railway cannot begin to carry the capacity needed to keep neither Iran nor China afloat economically, plus the fact that all it will take is one bomb to blow up a single bridge or trestle and the railway is now useless.

God I hope we don't have to get back into train robbing as well as piracy. What's next, the Department of Highwaymen?

America First means America Alone.

Trump is making our country irrelevant.

The blockade is useless

You really need to dig into these things more.

The fact is that only about 5% of Iran's oil normally shipped by tanker can go by rail. Even trains equipped for hauling oil just cannot carry but a fraction of the sheer volume tankers can.

And hauling oil by train adds about 40% to the cost.

So a huge loss to China. Worse, if we want, blowing up a set of train tracks to disrupt the railway line is child's play for us.

All of Asia is suffering greatly because of Trump's Epstein diversion in Iran.

Friend and foe alike.

Some of our friends may become foes over this.

Unrest is already stirring.

Yeah, S. Korea and Japan are buddying up with China. :abgg2q.jpg:

That is a horrible idea. I could tell of numerous stories of sabotaging railways during WWI and that was over 80 years ago.

The U.S could destroy 200 meters of track in 5 different locations (for certainty) for a total of 1KM of destroyed track and the railway would be useless for months.

Don't forget Nordstream II. Sabotaging resource and revenue raising exports is a critical aspect of success during times of war.
Months? It's the Chinese rebuilding, not Americans who are still trying to figure out how many billion the Francis Scott Key Bridge should cost

you are being brainwashed.

U.S. Intelligence Shows Iran Retains Substantial Missile Capabilities

Secret new assessments say Iran has operational access to 30 of its 33 missile sites along the Strait of Hormuz, suggesting that its military remains far stronger than President Trump has asserted.

Funny. First you make this ridiculous claim then you attach material that has nothing to do with the railway line we were talking about. Of course there are still batteries along the Strait--- these will be among the very first things destroyed if Iran forces us back into a posture of war! Unfortunately, if they do that, there will be civilian casualties as well, pawns put in place by Iran counted on to be used as weapons by the western media.

Odd that no one stops to ask why would Iran have installed all of these military batteries and stations along the Strait--- what were they defending? Indeed, just like their nukes intended as a deterant against the USA, the Iranians obviously intended to use the Strait all along as a sword of Damocles to hang over our heads to bully the world and hold it hostage to their whims otherwise they'd cut off the oil.

Iran is literally PROVING Trump right while justifying this war, and still people refuse to see or admit the obvious, that the problem, here is IRAN and IRAN gotta go. I mean, these mullahs and IRGC are literally willing to destroy their country and run it into the ground risking millions of lives rather than to simply agree to the same reasonable, civil standards of friendship, civility and prosperity and economic sharing as almost every other country on the planet agrees to, to simply live and let live, and to enjoy the benefits and resources of all these other countries as they enjoy yours..

It takes the US a lot less time and effort to destroy a km of track than it takes anyone to rebuild it.
Especially if the track is over a bridge.

Yeah agreed

How long will our civilization continue without high tech magnets from China?

Typing nonsense is easy, try explaining why.
Remember when Trump started his Epstein diversion in Iran and then demanded Europe clean up his mess?

What was the response?

Hilarious

Has TACO considered China?

Or just asked a kegseth?

No I don't remember that. I remember when Iran was too close to developing nuclear weapons and ICBMs.
Got any very young gals pointing fingers at Trump? Didn't think so.
What was the response?
The EU's typical weenie response. Not our war. No habla. Nous capitons. Wir ergeben uns.

So what else is new? Who there has a navy worth anything anyway? The US always does the heavy lifting, you know that.

Seriously, who could help fend off Iranian missiles and drone swarms on escort duty?

Wow.

I am constantly amazed at the ability of MAGAs to erase things from their alleged brains, even recent events.

I guess any further discussion is pointless.

But Trump did demand Europe help him get the Strait of Hormuz back open after he colossally fucked up and didn't even see that coming.

Europe's response was, "You broke it, you buy it."

The blockade is useless

Get real. The blocade is blocking 95% of Iran's oil shipping volume. There aren't enough trains in all of the Middle East to replace what they ship by tanker.

It is when you can't backup any of your lies.

True.
You didn't say whose navy could help escort tankers thru Hormuz?

Map of the Iranian rail network, below.
With a single line of double tracks running most of the way to Turkmenistan, they aren't exactly the Union Pacific.
This traffic can be stopped with a single 2000lb JDAM.

Seriously. Stopping and crippling the Iran rail system would be child's play for the USA. Even though at that, it can only handle about 5% of Iran's normal oil output anyway!
