Iran is transporting oil to China via rail

No, they might go to war over the US interfering with their oil trade with Iran.

Why? the Chinese aren't stupid, they might very well attempt to invade Taiwan in retaliation.
Taiwan will not be easy for them....very costly I think...

Very well fortified island....
China will wait for internal politics
I have no idea, but gaining control over it, perhaps with a blockade (ever heard that word before?) could hugely impact the US tech sector because TSMC makes 90% of the most advanced chips.

Seriously, someone ***** with China's access to oil, China will react swiftly.

Map of the Iranian rail network, below.
With a single line of double tracks running most of the way to Turkmenistan, they aren't exactly the Union Pacific.

This traffic can be stopped with a single 2000lb JDAM.

That might be a declaration of war on China, they won't like that idea.

I’m guessing China makes much more money through US trade than trade with Iran.

They are too pragmatic to go to war over some rail lines that disappear inside of Iran.

All of Asia is suffering badly from Trump's Epstein Diversion. Much more badly than the US.

That's going to come back to bite us one day. They are not going to forget this.

Many countries are now forming stronger trade ties with China because of Trump. Even Canada!

What's more, what's bad for the rest of the world economies always ends up bad for ours. Our economies are all tied together.

The Forces of Scarcity Hitting Asia May Soon Spread Across the World

Many countries across the Asia-Pacific are experiencing sudden jolts of disruption that they are struggling to manage, with some comparing the crisis’s breakdowns and scope to the Covid pandemic.

Even if there is a peace deal soon, the future of this industrious region that has driven global economic growth for decades will likely include months of canceled flights, surging food prices, factory pauses, delayed shipments and empty shelves for products long considered quick and easy to buy worldwide: plastic bags, instant noodles, vaccines, syringes, lipstick, microchips and sportswear.

Collectively, according to many officials and experts, if the war’s strangling of commercial traffic through the Middle East lasts for even a few more weeks, and uncertainty lingers, shortages could push several countries into convulsions of unrest, followed by recession.

Canada secures renewed market access with China to boost exports and strengthen economic collaboration

That is a horrible idea. I could tell of numerous stories of sabotaging railways during WWI and that was over 80 years ago.

The U.S could destroy 200 meters of track in 5 different locations (for certainty) for a total of 1KM of destroyed track and the railway would be useless for months.

Don't forget Nordstream II. Sabotaging resource and revenue raising exports is a critical aspect of success during times of war.
There is also the terminal at the iran border that our pilots could pulverize
