Intel operation against Trump still going strong

This crap needs to stop.

By that I need to stop threads like this which create conspiracy theories which become big lies and are echoed all over the Internet.

The link to the OP from the Hill, used to convince the easily led is nothing more than an opinion by one author, and repeated here by those who don't read links in detail.

The author of the OP either did make not of the following, or choose to not report it to create a firestorm.

Written below the heading "Intel operation against Trump still going strong" is this:

and - she has more credibility than you will ever personally know. your whining ass foot stomping 2 year old pity party is what needs to stop.

Mr Barr....where are you?.....what are you doing?....get off your ass and stop this...
Mr. Barr will shortly be testifying before committee investigating whether he too will be impeached.
so because he's not "goose stepping" with the FBI on the "trump must go" mantra, he needs to go?

is this what you really want from a country? when YOUR guy gets elected, use the gov itself to get rid of them?

that idea alone makes nixon look like a hero in comparison.

look what we're doing to our country along the way. it won't stop when a D gets back into office. it will be "hold my beer" and the decline will continue and ONLY THEN when many on the left CRY FOUL at the very processes they're using/justifying now.

Compared to Trump, Nixon wasn't so bad.
trump isn't the one using the government to attack the government now is he?

I looked her up. She's conservative and quit CBS because she felt marginalized by it's (her opinion) liberal bias.

The fact is you intended to mislead the reader, and attack the character of long time employees of the intelligent committees. Quit whining and grow the hell up, admit your dishonesty, it's the first step to obtaining credibility.

But I think there’s one shocking aspect — perhaps a larger story — that’s gone virtually unreported. It appears that anonymous intelligence officials are executing an operation against the sitting commander in chief. It might not qualify as all-out mutiny, but it’s also not all that far from one.
------
for those who hate trump and "don't care" - just fully understand your apathy for these techniques simply sets the stage for them to come back on the left.

we do not do this to our president PERIOD when it's for our own emotional gain. we are shredding the POTUS office because of our own temper tantrums and emotional validation.

So the president gets to break the law and be a hypocrite? Get real.

Trump is so predicable. They’re turning to the same strategies they used to counter Robert Mueller’s investigation.

The basic tactics deployed by the White House: Attempt to discredit government officials at the heart of the story. Dispatch Trump lawyer Rudy Giuliani and other allies to muddy the picture. Lean on Republicans in Congress to provide cover.

Trump is mad that he has a narc in the White House. He wants to know who told on him. Well Mr. President if you didn't do anything wrong you wouldn't have to worry that people on your team think your actions are deplorable, unethical and illegal.

Who told the whistleblower? Who cares. God bless the patriot. Trump was trying to set up his political rival. And for that he will be impeached.

What do you believe is "the government"? It is the people who are employed, and each of them takes the oath to support and defend the Constitution.

As did Trump. IMO Trump is the one attacking the government intentionally ignoring his oath to the Constitution.

Those who see his behavior and watched his bitterly hostile attacks on former presidents, former Sects. of State and current and former members of the FBI, CII, etc. (obvious to all but his ardent supporters) believe that he is the one who created those who put country before all else, at great personal risk, and believe no one is above the law and thus speak out.

WRONG. You have a criminal President who has been operating outside the laws and norms of public office since the day he rode down the escalator.

Trump has a long, long history of quasi-legal and out and out extortion in his business tactics, his bankruptcy scams, and the refusal of American banks to lend to him. While Trump was losing billions of dollars, filing for bankruptcy, and abusing the legal system with over 3000 lawsuits, he promoted himself as a "self-made billionaire" and succesful businessman. He was and is none of those things. And the media gave him a complete pass on all of these lies, in part because everything about Trump's finances are private.

I've followed Trump's career since the 1970's, and he's always operated in a thugish and criminal manner. He has a few standard cons which have been very effective, and very destructive, leaving his marks bankrupt, or deeply in debt. Every time Trump invites people to "get rich with him", they end up broke, with nothing. Smaller local contractors he hires for his projects and then stiffs at the end.

New York voted overwhelmingly for Clinton because they KNEW what Trump was all about. Scams and schemes. When Rob Ford was elected Mayor of Toronto, the lawyer I was working for at the time said "We can take comfort in the knowledge that he will be a one-term mayor". I said the same thing about Trump, having followed his business career. He was so obviously unqualified, and unsuitable for the office of President, that his behaviour would continue to get him into trouble, and with everything he did subject to oversight and scrutiny, he just couldn't help himself.

City Council in Toronto had stripped Mayor Ford of all his power long before the cancer claimed him. He was Mayor in name only. They did so because of his corruption, but also because of his incompetence.

you making up laws he mythically broke is only going to give you 4 more years of him. you're "mad" trump is president and you're willing to justify a lot of shit to get rid of him you'd never allow done to you or your side. THAT is the fundamental issue.

Trump is being accused of soliciting an illegal campaign contribution from a foreign government, a felony.

Then why would you mind me saying what I'm saying if it's going to help him get re elected?

No, both sides did not call a foreign leader and put pressure on them to "investigate" a political rival. Trump did that. It's against the law. Is it not?

The whistelblower was a plant? Who planted him or her? And I'm sorry but someone on the Trump team contacted the whistleblower. That's why Trump is freaking out. He wants to know who the narc is in the White House. God bless them whoever they are. They are the true patriot. Putting country over party. No one should be loyal to Trump if he's breaking the law.

It's illegal to make shit up about your political rival. And it's illegal to collude with other countries to get them to help you.

Ukraine already told him the Biden's were cleared. So what Trump wanted was for them to "investigate" the Bidens even if they knew they were innocent, because that would hurt Joe.

You know what Trump did was an impeachable offense.

Ice knows that. Next he will say, "what's the big deal". Or, "is that all"?

Then he will tell us that Obama/Clinton did it too. Even if true, that doesn't get Trump off the hook. For example, if Trump and his team used private emails, would Republicans forgive them because "Hillary did it too"?

Did Republicans forgive Hillary for deleting emails because Bush did it first? Of course not.

I don't recall you Trumpstettes complaining when the NYC FBI branch mutinied over Hillary's emails.

Umm

We didn't mutiny because they were just doing their job - they had not been read in on the plan to exonerate Hillary yet.

Trump committed an impeachable offense. Don't try to change the subject. If the American people want to vote for him after he is impeached, that they can do. It's your right. And you wouldn't be crying so hard if you thought the move would help him. Me thinks you are scrambling just like the White House is to get ahead of this.

You guys have nothing on Biden. Remember that. Don't try to make it about him or his son. You tried that and it blew up in your faces. Now you better try something else because you are all starting to sound STUPID.

look what we're doing to our country along the way. it won't stop when a D gets back into office. it will be "hold my beer" and the decline will continue and ONLY THEN when many on the left CRY FOUL at the very processes they're using/justifying now.

Compared to Trump, Nixon wasn't so bad.
trump isn't the one using the government to attack the government now is he?

now, kindly **** off and have a nice weekend.

So speculation is reason for impeachment once again?...Russia didn't work so now its the Ukraine?...good luck with that....

Yea, we didn't catch him red handed in the Russia thing sort of like we didn't catch OJ killing Ron and Nicole. But we did catch OJ in a hotel room with a gun and so he went to jail for it.

If OJ breaks the law again guess what? We will toss him in jail again. He will cry and say it's about Nicole and Ron and maybe that does play a role in what sentence we give him but bottom line is if OJ breaks the law again, we will toss his ass in jail.

Getting away with colluding with Russia doesn't give Trump a license to commit crime.

And, mother fuckers, you no longer get to use the Paul Ryan defense anymore

House Speaker Paul Ryan sought Thursday to explain President Donald Trump's asking then-FBI Director James Comey to drop an investigation into former national security adviser Michael Flynn, saying he was new at the job and did not understand protocols.

Pushed further by CNN, Ryan said, "I'm not saying it's an acceptable excuse. It's just my observation."
