Moving away from the red states changed my life. I'm much happier now than I was living in Texas and SC. People are nicer (although Arizona is technically a red state), the air is cleaner, and people are just more hopeful. Red states are sad, depressing places where intelligence goes to die.

We all know where the blue bells migrate to when the going gets rough. They are pavement pounders so are limited to the bigger cities to dwell within. The reddites are more adaptable which means they can relocate to the small cities or back country towns with the more experienced ones opting to purchase acreage "IF" they can afford to do so. The deciding issues of course are always available $$$$$, age & taxe$. One of our board members did it right like she dumped the blue state she was located in & landed in "Sweet Spot USA"! Inflation can now only grow(no going back) so keep your overhead down as far as possible to avoid the dreaded intere$t. CYA is your best friend so make sure to use it!

I'm extremely proud to be an Ohioan. Red state and comes next year we're getting Ramaswamy since he's a shoo-in. Bragging rights all the way. Boom baby! He's right up there with DeSantis!!
