Only problem is, in 2020, we had already seen how crappy his leadership is, and there were many who voted for Trump back in 2016, who changed over to Biden in 2020.

He didn't send "ships" to help out hospitals, he sent just one to NYC, and even then, they only treated a handful of patients, as virus patients were not allowed onboard, and it was probably one of the more useless gestures and a waste of the Navy's time and money.

And, I don't believe your claim about the ventilators, as there are only 2 of the 7 companies that make them that are US based, although there is one based in Ireland that operates mostly out of the US.
