How can he say she didn't behave sanely? That little old lady was about as mellow as she could have been and still been awake. The COP suggested she get the water off the stove to prevent a fire, and then shoots her dead when she takes it off the burner. Like WTF? I mean I guess she could have just turned the light off on the stove, but picking the pot up instead shouldn't be a death sentence.
