Grant illegal immigrants temporary citizenship provided they go to work on repairing US infrastructure. When they finish some amount of work , grant full citizenship. Pay them scale of course, they wouldn't be slaves or anything, but we need to get that infrastructure work done, and there's more than we can reasonably do in a reasonable amount of time. If we have over 10 million people here illlegally to work, I have a job in mind.

No send them back to their homes and let them apply for residence visas like everyone else. No one who has ever been deported should ever be granted permanent resident status.
