Proposal for Expatriate Tax and Wage Reform

This initiative proposes a fundamental restructuring of the economic relationship
between the U.S. government, domestic companies, and citizens working abroad. Our
goal is to remove fiscal barriers that hinder competitiveness in a globalized digital
economy.

1. Geographic Localization of Wages

Compensation standards—including minimum and prevailing wages—should be
benchmarked against the specific economic realities of the host nation, not U.S.
domestic floors.

• Market-Based Pay: Aligns labor costs with local living standards to restore
competitiveness.

• Cost Efficiency: Removes the "salary premium" required by U.S.-centric wage
laws, allowing domestic workers to compete directly with foreign contractors.

2. Proposal for Equitable Expatriate Taxation

The current global labor market is defined by an uneven playing field that
systematically disadvantages American workers. When an American company
outsources work to a foreign national living abroad, that individual typically pays taxes
solely to their host country. In stark contrast, an American citizen performing the same
work abroad is currently subjected to the administrative burden and potential financial
impact of reporting to both the U.S. and foreign governments. We propose a legislative
shift from the current system of citizenship-based taxation to a model where U.S.
citizens working abroad are governed solely by the tax code of their new country after
obtaining citizenship there and obtaining Visitation Alien status in America.

• Sole Local Jurisdiction: Eliminates the dual-filing burden and IRS
extraterritorial reach.

• Elimination of U.S. Tax Obligations: Ensures workers contribute only to the
fiscal systems where they reside and consume public services.

3. Visitation Alien Status

To provide long-term stability and integration, we propose the following legal status
frameworks:

• Host Country Integration: Workers shall be granted the option to pursue
citizenship within the country of their employment, fostering deeper economic
and social ties.

• Visitation Alien Status: Upon establishing long-term foreign citizenship, these
individuals would be classified as Visitation Aliens regarding their U.S. tax/legal
status, effectively ending their status as U.S. citizens. They can visit the U.S. at
will, except would not be citizens.

This reform creates a mobile, high-output American workforce unburdened by
fiscal policies ill-suited for the modern digital service sector. It enables people to
be productive rather than a useless burden.

The dumbing down of education, while importing millions of mostly little people from the third world, has been a deliberate act.

FFS, we needed to import truck drivers?!?
we didnt NEED to import anyone for truck drivers,,

companies wanted cheaper labor and found it in low IQ immigrants,,

The concept of dumbing down our citizenry as part of the way to destroy the US, was put forward by former Democrat Governor, Richard D. Lamm.

How about punishing homelessness with executions? Or even joblessness.

Or I saw a file where you had a certain number of credits for working, and if you got below x amount of credits you were killed.

(Obviously I'm being right wing here, not actually being a serious human being)

On the general topic of homelessness, I look at it as to what is their individual situations.
Some actually like not having a residence and they travel around doing odd jobs when they get to a town. We refer to them as Hobos. It's their choice.
Some are drug/alcohol addicts and depending upon the level of their addiction, they may be able to do some very basic work, but not enough to remain housed.
Some are non-skilled individuals, who can't afford training into a livable skill and whose IQ's aren't very high and live in an expensive region of the country.
Some are unemployable because of being mentally-ill and don't regularly take medication to help them because of a lack of supervision.
Some are straight up criminals on the loose.
Homelessness is a complicated issue and there is no one-fix solution to the problem. All nations have homelessness. Frigid Greenland has about 500 homeless people. How the hell they survive I have no idea. Muslim nations admit they have homeless people, but invite them all into their homes at night to sleep. That claim is misleading. In Muslim nations with small minorities of people of other religions, they only take in the Muslims.
Scandinavian nations have significantly reduced their homeless population by providing them with basic housing regardless of whether they are addicts or the mentally ill. A problem that cropped up was when they let in millions of migrants. It's straining their resources because of letting in huge numbers of people, especially people that have no intention of immersing themselves into the culture.

You can solve a lot of problems by trying to solve homelessness. You put people up, give them a place to keep themselves clean, presentable and an address to get a job, people are more likely to be stable.

Other people can get the help they need because they're there and the relevant people can find them.

The free market and employers must determine a wage not the government. You earn what the job and your skills are worth. 80% of all employers are small businesses. If you think your underpaid get another job, more skills, work better.

What is happening to America?
Seems to be slipping down the toilet, with Goddy Boy apparently siding with the Cheeky Chappies as nails are knocked into the Zionist's coffin .

Seems US Real President , Nutty himself , has gone missing ?
Dead , or just very scared .

Is that Trumpfy , or still the shorter even more arrogant double?

I am saying the government should stop demanding such a high minimum and prevailing wage for American workers, especially when they are NOT IN AMERICA. Possibly get rid of minimum wage overall if you are not in America. An American worker can live on a lot less in some countries. The government is pricing American workers out of a job. I will go to a third world country and compete on even terms.

How about a total moratorium on all immigration. We need to clear out the unskilled slaves we have and then just bring in people with skills we need.
Foreign workers living in America have American cost of living. American manual laborers can compete against third worlders here in America more fairly than an IT worker living in America with American cost of living trying to compete with workers living in a country where the average family income is 200 dollars a month.

A solution to the growing number of unemployable Americans

Who are the unemployable you refer to and why are they unemployable?
Any job that does not require you to be in America is increasingly making you unemployable because it is cheaper to hire foreigners (not simply guest workers, except also offshore and nearshore).
