Ignorant Homophobes fined $13,000 for refusing to host wedding

You seem to have comprehension problems there, Uncensored. When did I point the finger and say his post was racist? I VERY CLEARLY said that I cannot understand why the RW has this reputation for being racist.

Yeah, the sarcasm was too hard to catch....

You did what leftsts do, avoided fact and reality by hurling the magic epithet RACIST....
I hurled no such thing....I VERY CLEARLY stated that I cannot understand why the RW has this reputation for being racist. Perhaps you can enlighten us as to why.

You're not clever.
Says the guy who have to have something explained to him two times.

What's the uproar? Gay marriage is legal in NY. The couple was refused reasonable accommodations by a company that serves the public. No different than if they refused to serve a couple in wheelchairs.

If you want to run a business, do it within the realm of the law. It's that simple.

I am still waiting for one of you gay/libs to explain why you would want an anti-gay baker to make your wedding cake. I am sure you could find a baker who has no problem with gay marriage. Why would you want to give your business to someone who does not approve of your lifestyle? Why would you want to increase his profit?

I know the answer, I just wish that one of you would be honest enough to answer it truthfully.

I thought we were being very clear. YOu can be a bigot. Your business cannot. Not as long as the rest of us are paying for the infrastructure to make your business possible.

PUBLIC ACCOMMODATION- if the rest of us pay for your business to be there, then you have to be ready to serve us when we ask.

Make a deal with you --- if you give me back my percentage of the tax base, I'll quit using your 'contribution'.

.... unless, of course, the law is wrong. Then, you have a civic responsibility to oppose it.

Change the law.....get enough people to agree with you to repeal the law. It's that simple.

I think, if you look, this thread has been perpetuated by a bunch of hand-wringing leftists who have jumped on this train because it's the only way they can get recognition of their relevance in the world today. Sad ---ever so sad.

Duh ! And, just how do you do that?

You start by getting the error identified and publicized ... welcome to the real world.

Why thank you. An artist always appreciates someone admiring their work. :D

Nope, doesn't work like that, guy. I mean, i know where you're goign here, it's the usual Libertarian horseshit of "we don't need us no government", but the reality is, you probably need it more than the rest of us do.

Ok, if they insist I will get Pedro in the kitchen to drop a load in the punch bowl and then stuff the cake with pubes.

You get what you pay for

That's a good way to get charged with assault. I think you should totally go with that.

There is indeed a consequence for every action. I'm no different than Obama when considering the 'risk' associated with unlawful actions.

In a situation like that, It would be easier for the owner to just sign the business over instead of going through the hassle of making them sue for damages.

seriously, dude, I hope the President is paying rent on all that space he occupies in your head.

But, no, a reception hall owner who poisons his food is going to get charged with assault. Maybe a hate crime if it's a state like New York.

Oh, the couple would love that. They'd be hoping for it.

Then they could punish the business owners even more with a lawsuit and outright ruin them for voicing their opinion in the first place.

Intimidation, punishment, control, submission.

Watch every word you say. After all, this is America.
