The ongoing FBI criminal probe -- investigating Clinton's emails practices as secretary of state -- is focused on whether the more than 2,100 classified emails discovered on her server constitute a violation of federal code, including the Espionage Act’s 18 USC 793, known as the "gross negligence" statute. FBI Director James Comey plans to make a recommendation based on the evidence, and if the findings merit criminal charges, the decision to prosecute ultimately rests with Attorney General Loretta Lynch.

Here is how the establishment works.

If the story that is something that can easily be dismissed as conspiracy theory crap then that is what they do. Much like Obama's birth certificate. Even though the challenge was first brought by a democrat the establishment painted it onto the Republicans.

But when the charges are serious and could lead to indictements of the establishment's choice. Then they launch and investigation which ultimately clears their choice. Then they turn their own outcome back onto the opposition. That is what is going to happen with Mrs. Tuzla Clinton. She is the chosen one and the queen will be protected.
