In order to get her security clearance, to include 'TS' and special compartmentalized access, she was required to undergo training AND to sign a document acknowledging she fully understood all security rules and regs. NOT using un-secure, non-encrypted devices of any kind in secure areas is in that training and was covered by the statement she signed.

2. In ALL secure are there are signs stating these devices are NOT allowed.

3. A visit from Hillary means 'high-vis', meaning 'Protocol' is usually involved. Security Managers, whose ass is on the line if a security violation occurs, would ensure Hillary and her team were made aware of the rules.

4. Most highly classified facilities have a device on the outside of the classified area that sounds an alarm when they detect any electronic device to ensure all cell phones are kept outside.

5. KNOWING she carried her own devices (a la the PICTURE) she was OFFERED an encrypted device....which she rejected. (Much like she rejected HER OWN RULE to her State Department people that directed THEM not to carry / use personal devices / e-mail for State Department business. Hillary, as the article states, was using a personal device (or two or three) to conduct State Department business because she rejected a State Department-provided encrypted device.
