In short, yes. Our trading partners can't transition to more stable partners because we are the cash cows of the consumer market. You didn't seem to have problem with inflation caused by the feds loose monetary policy under Biden nor increased government spending, both of which contribute to higher inflation. Business will settle once the tariffs settle. Remember, Democratic policies don't support business, small or large, which is why the vast majority of small business owners are Republican. Don't pretend that you all of a sudden care about them.

The $2000 is coming from tariff revenue. Again, those who spend the most, and thus paid more of the tariff “tax” won’t get any of the money. Aren’t you guys the ones that shut down the government because of COVID era subsidies not be renewed?
