If He Remains in Office Through 2028...

... Will Trump be forced to bear the elective consequences of the first two years of his term?

Will he have his gold Congressional Carte Blanche revoked?

Will he be able to continue on his current retrograde trajectory?

Will he be able to prevent a democratic election in November?

Your auguries, please.
What a dishonest premise for a thread. Typical shitlib nonsense.

Among other things, since when has Congress ever given Trump carte blanche on legislative matters?

:cuckoo:

Trump is not trying to win a popularity contest or position himself for the post presidential book tour, Trump is actually doing the job of being president and making the entire Dem party look like idiots. :eusa_clap:
The Dims are actively aiding in anything that makes them look like idiots.

Well, my President Trump HAS been working his bottom off TRYING to solve all the problems his predecessor left him but he only has about 7 more months to remind the voters who MUST get out to vote, the following successes he has achieved and still trying hard to work on:

Advantage Trump! :salute: You go SIR. Millions of us still have your back!

- Inflation and unemployment are under control, the spending and trade deficits are shrinking. Excellent outcome for one year in office.

- Gas prices at the pump are down significantly, but home utilities are not. The brutal cold in the northeast will hurt consumers.

- Food prices are mixed. If you buy at premium places like Whole Foods, you’ll get hurt. If you go to big discount stores like Costco, your budget will be easier to achieve.

- Insurance costs are painful. Big problem for Republicans.

- The border is secured, but ICE has a public relations problem. This can be fixed with more information about migrant detentions. That needs to happen soon.

- The Venezuela intervention was a success. Next up Iran. Putin is in trouble with his own people. But Americans don’t vote on foreign policy.

However, the GOP does have an unreported advantage: the radicalization of the Democratic Party.

In 1999, just 5 percent of Dems said “very liberal”, according to polling. Today, that number has risen to 21 percent.

In addition, a Washington Post poll says 54 percent of Americans say the Democratic Party is “too liberal.”
Many Dems are too liberal,
Just as many MAGA repubs are to radical.
is What religion you chose to follow a personal choice? not a political one? is fighting over religion
going to destroy the whole world?

Midterms the only poll that matters now (presently) to me.

You know what matters even more than that, to me?

Principle.

Trump closed the borders, gave us the best chance to criminalize abortion in the future, cut off the head of Iran's regime, made a shit-ton of leftardz cry, got rid of a shit-ton of Rinos, made sure we never had a president cackles, men out of women sports, put the eco nazis on their asses. . . . etc.

Your polls are not going to make me regret any of it.
Corroborative polls reflect the prevailing public sentiment.

If you can reference any contradictory ones, please do.

Most Americans, by a large and growing margin, disapprove of his performance in office, as well as his puerile petulance.

He will never take responsibility, he will never be blamed by MAGA.

If the Dems happen to win either chamber, it will be called a fraud and the last two years of his presidency will feature insane lawsuits and governmental chaos at a level that makes current chaos look like a walk in the park.

Trump thinks everything is the best ever. Any loss will be called rigged.

I'll just laugh in your face :auiqs.jpg: because you have jack shit nothing to back up this claim of "most Americans". First delete all of the goddamn Democrat traitors those F's are not Americans.

Trump's job is not to try to please everyone, all the time, on everything. His job is to be the POTUS you stupid F's. That means making the right call that may be unpopular with some people, but the right call for the country and it's on the POTUS to make that tough call and live with it.

If you Dem bunch of dumbasses want to be Mr. popular then run for student class president and stay out of the White House you idiots.

So you buy the premise of polling.

Ok. You’re allowed to. But buying it doesn’t make you right.
If you can reference any contradictory ones, please do.
I don’t give a rat’s ass about the polling — one way or the other.

Corroborative polls reflect the prevailing public sentiment.
No. They don’t.
If you can reference any contradictory ones, please do.
Why? The point is not about whether a different “poll” yields a different conclusion. Instead, it would simply be accepting the absurd premise that polling itself is valid.

But the lack of enthusiasm could be a longer-term problem for the party. Democrats’ favorability of their party plummeted after the 2024 election, from 85% in September 2024 to 67% in October 2025. And despite overwhelming victories in November’s off-season elections and a string of wins since then, those views haven’t recovered. Other polling indicates that Democrats are deeply frustrated with their party.

If the majority of the public hate Trump and would rather have a shit sandwhich in the form of Buttplugg, Cackles or Cankles. . . That just tells me how ******* retarded they are. . . it doesn't change MY appreciation for what Trump has done and is doing, one iota.

Objective, corroborative surveys consistently confirm Trump's steadily increasing public disapproval overall and in multiple metrics.

His cult cannot concoct any contradictory numbers.

Demonizing the "other" cannot overcome the reality of Trump's horrific numbers.

It’s Trump’s economy – and most Americans aren’t happy with it. A new CNN poll conducted by SSRS finds that 77% – including a majority of Republicans – say that Trump’s policies have increased the cost of living in their own community. Roughly two-thirds of Americans say that Trump’s policies have worsened economic conditions in the country. And Trump’s approval rating stands at 30% on the economy, a career low.
