That warrant comes from an immigration judge, who is an employee of the executive branch. These do not come from article 3 judges and therefore the administration is usurping judicial power for itself.

Look at it this way, if a cop hears screaming coming from a residence and shots, will he have to get a warrant to go in and investigate? ICE was after 2 illegal, criminal, felons in a residence.
