To be fair Miss Gracie, mentally challenged and mentally ill are typically referred to as separate categories. While unfortunately and sadly, some people are both.

Weighing in on changing names- I guess I had early conditioning from exposure to the monthly name changes in political chat land. Unlike here (minus a few duplicate suspects), people would do it to pretend to be new. Late night you’d have a few drunk ones go overboard and then the next day they come in with a new screen name lol Most gave themselves away soon enough just by using certain phrases.
