Mrs Clinton was hoping to squeeze out more of the black vote she believed was there even as 85% was shown to be counted, while the vast majority of PA went red to overwhelm all those city numbers.

The democrats are really hoping those highly populated northern liberal states like New York, California, Massachusetts, Michigan, might be enough to carry over the majority of those other states which went red, to justify a need for a change to the popular vote.
