How much for this baseball card?

I really wish my dad would have saved Mickey mantles Hank Aaron's but he didn't. We got rookies from 1978 and up. George Bret Ken griffey Jr Roger Clemens etc. All in brand new mint condition. I saw Roger Clemens had a $1800 rookie card. Is there any cards worth more than that?
when i was a kid we used to put mantle and mays cards cloths pinned on the frame of the rear wheel so it hit the spokes and made a cool noise.....if we only knew .....
We realized it and saved everything. In fact we stopped opening the packs in the mid 80s.
but in order to see what cards are in there, you have to open them.....

Could be an expensive card in there. How much you willing to pay to find out?

nothing because there is a greater chance there aint shit in there.....but back in the early 90's a buddy of mine bought 10 different card packs and opened them...one of them had a Bowman Leaf Frank Thomas's rookie card which was worth at that time $100.00 .....so you never know....

Back then we paid $1 for a pack, never opened it and said one day we could charge $20. Today id say if there was a chance an expensive card was in the pack someone would pay $100. And it's not like all the other cards are worthless. It was 35 years ago. Those cards are old. And it's not like there's only 1 card in the set that's expensive.

And clearly you aren't rich or a crazy card collector.

Being semi rich is like being semi hard. Lol.

I was never into comics. My buddy gave me a Superman vs Batman and they are like soap operas to me

soaps?....comics?......sure you dont mean graphic novels?....

Wax boxes are pointless to leave unopened. You have no idea what's actually in there. You need to open it to find out. If you find something good you put it in a case and its gem mint 10. Nobody cares that it "was never touched by human hands" as far as I know unless it's something really old like Ruth or
Mantle or something. Complete sets are different because you know exactly what's in there so there's no need to ever touch them

I bought two unopened cases of 86 Fleer Basketball. 18 boxes a case two and a half sets per box, 45 sets per case. Lots of fun and lots of cash.

I had a sports card business, those were some fun days.
