The stats proved you wrong. You are talking utter nonsense. Mantle was slightly better in the outfield and better with the bat, including in the clutch - ESPECIALLY THERE. When the big games came (ie. the World Series) NOBODY tops Mantle.

18 World Series home runs, and many other WS records that Mantle holds that tops EVERYBODY, not just Mays.

Mantle was not anywhere near the fielder. Mays had a gun for an arm. In 12 or 13 series, Mantle should have had a bunch of homers. Mays had 139 more home runs lifetime.
