That's pretty close. I'm thinking in the 8-10 point range. Hillary Clinton has a strong ground game, lots of people knocking on doors, organizing voter van pools etc. That's worth another 2-3 points at least. Trump has very little in this area.

1. +3 isn't exactly "dead heat"

2. Reuters certainly wasn't one of the best in 2012...it had a GOP bias of 1.4% according to 538, there's like a dozen other polling firms who did better

3. It's generally not a good idea to put too much into one poll, just like not putting too much stock into the poll showing Clinton up 15%.
