It's not a one-size fits all, so I can't answer for everyone. There are people who like some of his policies and dislike others. But what's more important than a politician's words is their actions. Trump spent more than just about any other president, how is that conservative? He has shown he's not a constitutionalist or someone who values liberty... how does that make him a conservative? Trump was the "Father" of the vaccine and to this day promotes the vaccine and boosters. Many of us know that the whole Covid thing was a scam (at best) so that makes him either complicit, or really dumb. Either way it's bad. I don't have time right now to continue, but I've already explained on other threads why I don't support him. I think he's 'controlled opposition.' But getting back to the original point, there are plenty of people who don't support Trump who aren't leftists. People who realized long ago that the Duopoly are two wings of the same bird.
