I've heard it all before. I wish the birth control option was 100% accurate and always used, but shutting down Planned Parenthood is going to have an opposite effect on that dream. And with humans, nothing is 100%, ever. Pro-lifers would do better to stop trying to judge and bash women over the head for having a womb and a healthy, normal, attraction to heterosexual sex. I read recently that abortions have fallen 50%, back to levels from 1971, which is actually prior to Roe v. Wade. Some teenaged mother stats are going down as well. Those are due to better sex education and better access to birth control. So if we keep doing what we're doing, maybe someday we won't be having this conversation. Abortion will not be used for birth control, only for medical reasons.
