'HIGH TREASON':
The crime of betraying one's country, especially by attempting to kill the sovereign or overthrow the government.

Whoever, owing allegiance to the United States, levies war against them or adheres to their enemies, giving them aid and comfort within the United States or elsewhere, is guilty of treason and shall suffer death, or shall be imprisoned not less than five years and fined under this title but not less than $10,000; and shall be incapable of holding any office under the United States
All existing, recorded, reported evidence shows in 2016 the President of the United States, the Vice President of the United States, Cabinet Members, Agency leadership, and other members of his administration conspired and did perpetrate TREASON by colluding with foreign enemies in an attempt to affect the 2016 Presidential election and, after failing to do so, attempted to overthrow the United States Government by removing the newly elected President and his administration from office.
Barak Obama and his administration did knowingly collude with foreign ex-spies and the Russian Intelligence Service to acquire known Russian-authored propaganda which they knowingly and intentionally used as a basis for their political coup attempt, which included violating both US Constitution and Rule of Law. The Obama administration intentionally used the known Russian propaganda to commit FISA Court crimes and to illegally spy on American citizens, the President, and his team with the intent of removing him from office.
These acts are the very definition of 'Conspiracy', 'Conspiracy To Commit Treason, and 'Treason'. Their crimes also, as evidence has proven, include 'Conspiracy to Commit Perjury', 'Perjury', 'Conspiracy To Commit Obstruction', Obstruction, and more.,
Furthermore, Democrat Senator Diane Feinstein was discovered to have been harboring a Chinese Spy in her own office and facilitating Chinese espionage for DECADES, during which time her and her husband made a fortune working for / with the Communist People's Republic of China.
- The spy was allowed to return to China, and NO INVESTIGATION of Feinstein was conducted.

Individuals in the Obama administration who have relied on the defense that they were not an active participant in the Treason committed yet knew about it are (just as) GUILTY under this Section of the law.
- For example: Top FBI Lawyer Baker stated for the record that top FBI officials believed Director Comey was BLACKMAILING the President when Comey briefed the President about the known Russian-authored Dossier...yet neither Baker or any other FBI official reported this to the DOJ. (Even if they had, Obama and Rosenstein owned the DOJ.)
LACK OF KNOWLEDGE OF THE LAW / CRIME IS NOT A LEGITIMATE LEGAL DEFENSE FOR BREAKING THE LAW
Just as FBI Director Comey publicly declared in 2016 that Hillary should not be indicted for proven crimes (literally THOUSANDS of criminal counts for violating the FOIA and Federal Records Laws, at the very least), Deputy US AG Rosenstein confessed to signing ILLEGAL FISA Court warrant requests but claimed in defense that he did not know what he was signing because he failed to read them.
* Rosenstein declared under oath before Congress earlier thatif anyone was found t have signed an illegal FISA Court warrant request they should / would be held accountable.
SEPARATE ISSUE: DEMOCRAT POLITICIAN SUPPORT FOR PROVEN FOREIGN-ENEMY-FUNDED DOMESTIC TERRORIST GROUPS AND CRIMINALS IN DEMOCRAT CITIES

Democrat Mayors, City Council Members, and other Democrat officials in the cities that have been devastated, looted, burned, betrayed, whose citizens have been oppressed, assaulted, and murdered, whose policemen have been betrayed, attacked, and assassination, Democrat politicians who have ASSISTED and GIVEN AID AND COMFORT to proven foreign-funded the Domestic Terrorist groups(s) responsible are GUILTYOF TREASON. Seattle, Portland, Chicago, DC... Under these 2 sectons of the law, these Democrat Politicians can be and should be held accountable.
