So he could see Paul giving a recipe to a poster at the USS Message Board called Annie...

for Puerto Rican tostones (fried plantains)

Cut plantains

Fry 'em up in oil for a bit on each side

Flatten up the plantains then fry 'em again

Take 'em out, wipe 'em (get rid of the excess grease), and you have your tostones.
