What I don't like is the data base is kept by the Dept. of Licensing. And once you have a list of who owns what the next easy step is registration. This is a windfall for FFL dealers as it all has to go through them, taxes to be collected and handed over to the state. If the law was just about a background check it would not be written this way, but we know what the true objective of Bloomberg really is.
This is why the initiative process is a bad idea, too many people voting for shit they don't understand. That's why we are a republic, not a democracy.
I've been telling you for weeks that this initiative will pass.

So not only will there be background checks on all gun sales, you gun nuts didn't succeed in repealing all our gun safety laws or make it illegal to pass more gun safety laws.
Sucks to be conservative in Washington doesn't it? You will ALWAYS be in the minority in our state.
