There is nothing in the constitution that says guns can't be regulated. In fact there's the commerce clause and the second amendment that says that guns can be regulated.
The second amendment doesn't need to be repealed.
Regulation does not mean make it harder for law abiding people to get firearms if they so choose. THAT is infringement, and THAT is unconstitutional.
What's so hard about going through a background check?
If you're a law abiding citizen you shouldn't have any problem with it.
I don't mind them at all. And in fact, I support a background check on the PERSON. The problem is the people pushing this crap always include gun registration along with the background check. It is no business of the government to know who has what.
Read the law. It doesn't add any regulations beyond requiring a background check on all gun sales. The law does require the background check on the person. What else are they going to check? The background of the gun or the seller?
The laws prohibiting certain people from getting guns are already on the books. They've been there for years.
All this law does is help enforce those already existing laws.
it does nothing, and you are too stupid to realize it.
I've probably taken shits with a higher IQ than yours.
Just because you say it does nothing doesn't make what you say true.
Why is it that you conservatives have to include personal attacks on people in your posts?
You don't know what my IQ is. I do know that your restroom habits don't have an IQ.
