There should be far more held responsible. The fact that the world knew that China intentionally sent citizens from Wuhan on planes while not allowing them to fly internally should have been enough not a sign for there to be consequences.

That G7 meeting when Trudeau and the U.K PM did not want to denounce China for this scourge on society perhaps more than any other event convinced Trump that you had some enemies amongst those claiming to be allies.
