Government-Run Grocery Store Is Predictably Losing Money

Yes
Government run grocery stores can provide low prices and not lose money.
Military Commissaries work because they can buy in large quantities
Maybe government grocery stores could at least prove they can provide low prices and a profit. What is sad is the Chicago store can’t compete with profit retail stores. Sounds like government doesn’t know how to run a business as shown by a 31 trillion dollar debt. When stores are budgeted at $100000 loss, is proof that the store can’t be profitable.
