The intent was clear, and clearly unchristian.
The "unchristian" part makes one wonder why you liberal Democrats are so against the sort of thing you usually endorse.
Apparently mis-associated response.

Sen. David Perdue (R-Ga.) joked at a conservative Christian event on Friday that he prays President Barack Obama’s “days will be short.”
The first-term senator began his opening statement at the Faith & Freedom Coalition’s Road to Majority conference by telling attendees to pray for Obama. With a smirk, Perdue said, “We should pray like Psalms 109:8 says. It says: ‘Let his days be few and let another have his office.’”
The large crowd laughed.
Perdue did not continue reciting the words, but Psalm 109 is a death wish for one of David’s enemies.
It goes on: “Let his children be fatherless; and his wife a widow. Let his children wander about and beg; and let them seek sustenance far from their ruined homes. Let the creditor seize all that he has; and let strangers plunder the product of his labor. Let there be none to extend loving kindness to him; nor any to be gracious to his fatherless children. Let his posterity be cut off; in a following generation let their name be blotted out.”
The Christian Science Monitor noted that conservatives have used this verse in the past to talk about the end of Obama’s days in office.

Michelle said she wakes up in a house built by slaves.
She should move out.....now.
Wouldn't want her to feel uncomfortable.
Is she wrong? Just answer the question. Did slave labor build the White House or not?
Oh wait, I know you will be too lazy to answer so I did it for you.
"The D.C. commissioners, charged by Congress with building the new city under the direction of the president, initially planned to import workers from Europe to meet their labor needs. However, response to recruitment was dismal and soon they turned to African American—enslaved and free—to provide the bulk of labor that built the White House, the United States Capitol, and other early government buildings."
Did slaves build the White House?
WHAT?
are you saying they only HELPED build the White House?
And if it was built by slave labor, should it be torn down, along with all those 100-150 year old mansions in both the North and the South built by slave labor?
Very Christian behavior to wish death on our prez .
Fake ass Christians . Jesus would spit on his face .

Jesus would have nothing to do with most of them since they are only interested in their own well being and personal enrichment at the expense of anyone who gets in their path.

I'm saying Michelle Obama is correct. And when you offer your labor, do you call it helping or working?

Given that you Democrat liberals are not allowed to believe in any being higher than George Soros this whole "deep concern" about prayer rings rather hollow.
Well, sparky, I don't believe in a supernatural Sky Daddy - and even if I did I certainly wouldn't pray for him to do such violent shit to another human and his family. Would that be "Christian" in your mind?
In view of the fact that a second term ends in a precise time, praying for it earlier can only mean a death wish. Why anyone would pretend not to understand that is unclear. Even for those of us who did not vote for Obama and are not impressed with his Presidency can see when a 'Christian' is being a hypocrite.

I choose to accept the "days be short" as a prayer that Our Kenyan President retires to a northern climate where he can escape the fearful global warming he wants you pissing your pants about. Far north...where the days be short!
Think otherwise? OK, if you're uncharitable; unchristian.

It's code that fundamental extremists are easily able to decipher, since they know their Bible.

Since Obama is already in the last six months of his presidency, his days as president are already short
The Republican prayer is nothing short of praying for his death
