It's always best to ignore the God haters I've found. I frequent the religion forum here now and have found some very heated debate there. I'd love to invite any of you there- God haters , one on one..Let's see what ya got.
There's no need to hate what doesn't exist but the question is, when Jesus commanded that you be generous towards the stranger, to those seeking shelter, children in this case, how will you justify your attitude towards them? Will he understand when you say you believed they were trying to take over the country so you rejected them? Would he not say, And were they not also children of God? How do you know that I did not send them myself?
I would not want to have to answer those questions...
And I will look for you in religion since Agnosticism is the only rational answer.
I don't claim to speak for Jesus.. I speak for myself alone.. You should worry equally about these children being kept in cages like animals in deplorable conditions. Where is your outrage and faux concern over what Jesus had to say in that situation? Two can play at this..
PS- Bring it right on over.. I'm easy to find there.
the pride and hubris in place of selflessness and grace from those who uh..."understand" their religion is funny as ****.
