they're joking if they can deturmine 1.59 milliseconds over a 24 hour time span - the rotation of a planet ... did they bother with a margin of error. how can anything be much shorter than 1.59 milliseconds "ever recorded".

Actually, measuring milliseconds is pretty easy for them to do, especially when the speed of computers is routinely measured in it.

Now...............if they start talking about microseconds (one millionth of a second), then you can start looking at them with suspicion. A million anything is a LOT. Milliseconds? That's only one thousandth of a second. Would take 1000 microseconds to equal a millisecond.
