If every district in HI is 38% GOP, then you would expect to have no GOP representation.

That is up to the HI GOP to solve.

This is Federalism. The states get to do what they want.

If I am the GOP, I am asking how the message is being lost.

I can tell you that from where I sit, the NRC has done a pathetic, miserable job (and I am not talking now....I am talking the last 40 years).

Seems that Californication, NY and Maryland started the gerrymandering, and then when Texas decided to act like Democrats, the left went bonkers. What the Dumbocrats dont understand is that more states are Republican, which means that if all the Red States do what Virgina just did, the dumbocrats would never get elected again.
