Canada is far behind where you are and there is some blame, though not much going around here. We are living in the dark ages in many respects. Our own healthcare minister has admitted for decades Canada hasn't done anything on this front.

Worse, Canada has not kept up our stockpile either and we recently sent to China just a few months ago 16 tonnes of PPE we now desperately need. I'm sure they are selling it back to us for some profit as I hear they are sending us 1M masks, many probably from the stash Denmark sent back with a "thanks but no thanks, keep your junk".
