Ok great. So if they have all this “evidence” against Gaetz and they are concerned citizens why not give it to the police and have him arrested? I mean if Gaetz is this creepy he should be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law right? Yet for some reason this hasn’t happened. Oh right because a court of law requires physical evidence and a defense. Opinion doesn’t mean anything unless it’s an expert opinion but even then it’s just opinion. Conjecture isn’t allowed. He’s innocent until proven guilty IN A COURT OF LAW. When that happens then you will have a point. Until then he’s innocent and it doesn’t exist.

They "decided not to" because they didn't have a case and they didn't think that Gaetz did it.
If they thought Gaetz DID do it, the Biden-Garland DOJ should be prosecuted for letting an alleged creep free so he could victimize other American broads.

One type is salacious and unverifiable information from a person named Greenberg whose credibility is in doubt due to a history of extortion by means of threatening to make allegations. Not my words, the words of the report:

manufactured and that Mr. Greenberg and Victim A are not credible. The Committee has
acknowledged that Mr. Greenberg’s credibility is in doubt.
The Committee received additional evidence from Mr. Greenberg that is not included in this Report, much of it salacious but
unverifiable,
Another type is media reports which turned out to be false:
Representative Gaetz was alleged in news reports to have paid a minor to engage in sexual
activity and travel with him on a trip to the Bahamas in September 2018. However, the youngest
person who traveled with him and his associates was 18 years old at the time of the trip.
A third type is claims by anonymous sources:
Further, she and the other women who attended the Bahamas trip did not recall being paid for sexual
activity on that occasion. One woman testified that she was not paid for sex on the trip, although
she did have sex with Representative Gaetz, because “the trip itself was more so the payment.
Who doesn't even claim to have been paid for sex. "Her" interpretation is that paying for the trip made it prostitution. Really? Every time I ever took a woman on a date and paid for the dinner, etc. we were engaged in prostitution?
Claims by anonymous sources make up nearly the entire report. None - not one - of the anonymous sources have ever been cross-examined, or even questioned publicly by a journalist.

Anonymous sources are considered to be the best sources by the liberal media. If the source isn't identified, they can't recant their testimony or change their stories, which makes the media look bad when they engage in yellow journalism.
It's in the report....
The drugs were supplied to them, Ecstasy and Cocaine, at their sex parties...(orgies?)and some testimony from one of the girls under oath before the Ethics committee. The young hoes were given immunity, so they faced no charges of prostitution or drug use if they testified honestly.
Gaetz partner in crime ...sex party organizer and co-participant, Florida State Tax Collector....Joel Greenberg, was prosecuted for many of these crimes and is serving time in Florida.

Then why weren't charges filed and Gaetz locked up, if they are so convinced the allegations are true.
Gaetz is free to go out there to drug and rape other hoes, if that's what he's doing? The next hoe he victimizes could be your sister- or even your mother.

In truth, if that word interests you, Greenberg was prosecuted for many crimes that Gaetz is not accused of in the wildest imagination of the supposed witnesses:
Greenberg, a former Seminole County tax collector, previously pleaded guilty to underage sex trafficking, wire fraud, stalking, identity theft, producing a fake ID card, and conspiring to defraud the US government. He has been in jail since early 2021 and will get some credit for time served.
“I have never seen a defendant who has committed so many different types of crimes in such a relatively short period,” said district Judge Gregory Presnell, who has been on the federal bench for decades and has sentenced more than 1,000 defendants.
Presnell did praise Greenberg’s cooperation against others allegedly involved in sex crimes and fraud schemes, saying the cooperation was “more than I’ve seen in 22 years.”
As part of his plea deal, Greenberg provided information to investigators about Gaetz related to the sex-trafficking probe, a source familiar with the case previously told CNN. Women who attended parties with Greenberg and Gaetz previously told CNN that they participated in sex parties near Orlando that featured local political figures, young women, Venmo payments, alcohol, and drugs.
Oh, look. He provided "information" against Gaetz - not under oath of course - so he could get a lighter sentence. What could be more trustworthy than a convicted felon accusing a friend in exchange for a lighter sentence?
I suppose they did not put him under oath, for fear that the Bible he laid his hand on while promising to tell the truth might burst into flames.
Here is where you can show some integrity by admitting that you'll believe any allegation as long as it is against a Trumper.

To be able even to bring charges under the guidelines, prosecutors must believe they will get a conviction from the jury beyond a reasonable doubt.
Though, the DOJ should explain itself on why it did not. People are saying it was Garland AGAIN, not wanting to look partisan, just like him not wanting to investigate trump for 1/6, until Congressional investigation results forced its hand.

Charges were brought against President Trump, even though one star witness (Mike Cohen) was a convicted liar and cheat, and the other (Miss Daniels) was a hoe who didn't pay her debts to President Trump. The fact that these witnesses against Gaetz may not have been salt of the earth is no excuse for a lib persecutor.
No kidding! DOJ needs to answer why they didn't bring what federal charges that they could, and pass on their evidence to the State of Florida for the rest.
As far as the recently junior in high school, the 17 year old that he screwed, she said she never told him she was in high school and just 17, so he did not know she was 17....
Yes, correct....that is why they called about 10 other witnesses to support the claims of those two....to substantiate their claims, and supplied evidence to support their claims....the two disgruntled and shaky witnesses, were not enough, without all the other support in the trial.
