And they still couldn't make a case of it C4all
Why is that?
I'll go out on a limb and claim that it would have revealed the DOJ less than credible
Which i'm hoping Trump deals with along with all the other inept, shill & partisan gov agencies

The Ethics committee was not in charge of finding crimes Sparky, the Doj and state of Florida were....
The ethics Committee, 5 republicans and 5 democrats, were simply in charge of finding out if Gaetz broke the House Ethics rules, of which they found that Gaetz most certainly broke.
Why is that so hard to understand that these two things are separate responsibilities? Law enforcement for any crimes they can prosecute which had not passed the statute of limitation, and unethical house member behavior. There does not need to be a criminal conviction for unethical behavior.
If the ethics committee finds unethical behavior of a Representative, they then can vote to expell the congressman. Once they have voted yes, then the vote goes to the full House of Representatives, to vote on whether the congressman should be expelled from Congress. If the majority votes to expell in the full house, they ARE expelled... removed....
Much like what happened to congressman Sanchez, when the house voted to expell Rep. Sanchez.
This is the duties of the Ethics committee. And has forever been the ethics committee duties, for decades and decades, if not centuries for the House Ethics committee, it is NOT something newly created to GET Gaetz.
My question to you, do you think a new Congressman having and funding sex parties with young prostitutes, supplying cocaine and ecstasy drugs to the tune of $90,000, and accepting bribes, and obstruction of congress with the refusal to appear before the ethics committee, and lying to them, is becoming and ethical of a Congressman?
