well exactly speaking the DOJ didn't bring charges after talking with the same witnesses. So legally there is nothing there, DOJ called every witness not credible. There's that. Why can't you fkers ever follow the law?

but it failed in the sense that the Ethics committee decided to release their ethics review report, anyway.
