Then it took 5 officers to make a stop for not wearing a seat belt? Do cops generally surround a car with their guns drawn for a seat belt violation?

Anyone engaging in rioting and destruction of property should be locked up for a significant amount of time. The bull shite narratives that causes citizen's to react in unlawful ways should be investigated and dealt with in a highly publicized way. Much like George Floyd, all he had to do was just be a decent person and he wouldn't be dead.

His death is 100% his own fault and no one else's. Once you do anything to attract the attention of the police you take your own life into your hands and everytime you escalate things you increase your chances of bodily harm.

Okay, so I asked these questions,

How many shots were fired by Dexter Reed?
How many cops fired their weapons?
How many of them managed to hit Reed?
Did they keep firing when he went down, or did they stop when he fell?
Did the plainsclothes officers identify themselves as such?

Now we know that 11 shots were fired by Reed.
Four police officers fired their weapons, with an average of 24 rounds per cop.
Not sure how many times Reed was hit.
The police clearly identified themselves as police.
