I swam in my pool yesterday, March 20th earliest day of the year ever.

I got a sunburn a couple of days ago while doing some mundane tasks at work. It wasn't 100° weather but it was approaching 90°. Seems a little early to be this hot. Today is still pretty warm but not nearly as hot as it was. It's super windy at the moment.

Both of you can just STFU........our highest temps so far this year have been in the 50's and haven't cracked the 60 degree mark yet. Also lots of rain, though today and tomorrow should be sunny......just not very warm:aargh:

We've been over 100 the last 3 days, it's kind of ridiculous. I just hope this isn't a precursor to an extra long summer but kind of thinking it will be. Ugh
I lived in Phoenix in 1967 and went swimming on NY day 1968. LOL -- dove in, and came out on the other side like a beached dolphin. Water temp was in the low 60s. Depending on where you are, those temps aren't all that unusual in the SW at this time of year.

I've been here in Tucson for over 40 years and it's never been 100 in late March. My pool is about 66 degrees.

Yeah but in two months we'll start our streak of 100 straight days over 100 so pick yer poison I guess.

Yeah, no thanks.....you can keep that shit to yourself.

Thankfully (??) any triple digits we get, only last a few days and that's still too much for me

I LOVE GLOBAL WARMING!!!!

I live in Mesa. My pool temp reads 84F. I have a solar blanket so I expect I'll be in the pool all next week.

Supposed to cool down by next weekend (88 F).
I used to use a solar blanket but got tired of messing with it. I got used to cooler pool water.

It isn't fun and I only need it two months out of the year. Being an engineer, I have designs on building a custom solar water heater.

Someday. :auiqs.jpg:

LOL, we have had a REALLY mild winter. I've only had to plow twice. Little snow at the ski resort, no snow at our house and temps in the 50s and 60s. Hit 70 one day this week. Had to hang my skis up a couple weeks early.

But that's over 100 degrees K.

But that's over 100 degrees K.

As Walter says 'But it's a dry heat'

I don't like those temps either but I'm pretty sure the OP was bragging, while complaining.....cause what I heard was "Waaah, it's so hot here' with a 'neener, neener'. He's probably floating in his pool with an umbrella drink to boot and I'm over here with my teeth chattering since October. I have no sympathy:eek-52:
