" Requirements For Election Methods Not Met "
* Zero Trust Violated *
Does georgia law require the presence of the press and election observers when ballots are being counted ?
The law says election superintendent shall allow them to be present. Which means they can't be denied access but they don't have to be there either should they choose not to be. Two of the observers signed affidavits and neither of them stated they were told to leave. They left because they thought counting was done for the night; which it appeared to be as they were packing up.

At approximately 1:38 minutes into the 60 minutes video , the state witness , gabriel sterling , stated that his office was notified at approximately 10:30 pm est that counting must continue , and his office contacted fulton county , and at approximately 4:21 minutes into the 60 minutes video , also stated that all remain press observers left at approximately 10:45 pm est .
If fulton county was notified near 10:30 pm est , why were the press and observers not notified to return and why did the counting continue if the presence of the press and observers is required by state law ?
Sterling doesn't say how much time elapsed from the time his office was notified at around 10:30, to when his office called the director of Fulton county, to when Fulton county called the manager at the State Farm Arena. However, in the video below (at the 8:50 mark), the manager is seen (man in suit upper righthand quadrant) taking a phone call at 11:00. The observers and reporters had already left 15 minutes earlier. At about 11:02, he walks over to the few employees still remaining and tells them they need to keep counting. At 11:03, they're seen pulling out the ballots they had stowed about an hour earlier...
At approximately 3:28 minutes into the 60 minutes video , the state witness , gabriel sterling , indicated that approximately 11:03 pm est the ballots were removed from under the table , with the press and observers in the room .
The four camera view of youtube video clearly shows that a room full of people was reduced to 4 people working for +2 hours , without the presence of the press or observers , though state witness , gabriel sterling , referring to a single frame , falsely stated that they were present .
You misunderstood what was said. He said the ballots were stowed under the table with observers still in the room (emphasis mine)...
Pelley: They're pulling those ballot carriers out that we just saw them put under.
Sterling: Correct, about a little less than an hour earlier... with the press and observers in the room.
The fact of the matter is ... Trump's lawyer's lied their asses off. They thought they were free to do so because they were not under oath or in a courtroom. They claimed or insinuated...
The ballots were brought in in the morning, hidden under that table -- they weren't, they were put under there at about 10pm.
They were in "suitcases." -- they weren't, they were in official Georgia ballot boxes and sealed.
People cleared the room because of a water main break -- not true. There was a water leak but that was detected at 6am, approximately 17 hours earlier, and fixed by 8am. It had nothing to do with observers leaving.
Observers were forced to leave -- not true. They left because they heard that counting was done for the night. Which the room was told, but shortly later, that decision was reversed.
They counted ballots unsupervised -- half truth. It's true the observers and reporters left, but the room was still watched under surveillance video.
