Fulton County DA wants a trial the day before Super Tuesday? Yep, its just radical activism

" Requirements For Election Methods Not Met "

* Zero Trust Violated *

Does georgia law require the presence of the press and election observers when ballots are being counted ?

The law says election superintendent shall allow them to be present. Which means they can't be denied access but they don't have to be there either should they choose not to be. Two of the observers signed affidavits and neither of them stated they were told to leave. They left because they thought counting was done for the night; which it appeared to be as they were packing up.

At approximately 1:38 minutes into the 60 minutes video , the state witness , gabriel sterling , stated that his office was notified at approximately 10:30 pm est that counting must continue , and his office contacted fulton county , and at approximately 4:21 minutes into the 60 minutes video , also stated that all remain press observers left at approximately 10:45 pm est .

If fulton county was notified near 10:30 pm est , why were the press and observers not notified to return and why did the counting continue if the presence of the press and observers is required by state law ?

Sterling doesn't say how much time elapsed from the time his office was notified at around 10:30, to when his office called the director of Fulton county, to when Fulton county called the manager at the State Farm Arena. However, in the video below (at the 8:50 mark), the manager is seen (man in suit upper righthand quadrant) taking a phone call at 11:00. The observers and reporters had already left 15 minutes earlier. At about 11:02, he walks over to the few employees still remaining and tells them they need to keep counting. At 11:03, they're seen pulling out the ballots they had stowed about an hour earlier...

At approximately 3:28 minutes into the 60 minutes video , the state witness , gabriel sterling , indicated that approximately 11:03 pm est the ballots were removed from under the table , with the press and observers in the room .

The four camera view of youtube video clearly shows that a room full of people was reduced to 4 people working for +2 hours , without the presence of the press or observers , though state witness , gabriel sterling , referring to a single frame , falsely stated that they were present .

You misunderstood what was said. He said the ballots were stowed under the table with observers still in the room (emphasis mine)...

Pelley: They're pulling those ballot carriers out that we just saw them put under.
Sterling: Correct, about a little less than an hour earlier... with the press and observers in the room.

The fact of the matter is ... Trump's lawyer's lied their asses off. They thought they were free to do so because they were not under oath or in a courtroom. They claimed or insinuated...

The ballots were brought in in the morning, hidden under that table -- they weren't, they were put under there at about 10pm.

They were in "suitcases." -- they weren't, they were in official Georgia ballot boxes and sealed.

People cleared the room because of a water main break -- not true. There was a water leak but that was detected at 6am, approximately 17 hours earlier, and fixed by 8am. It had nothing to do with observers leaving.

Observers were forced to leave -- not true. They left because they heard that counting was done for the night. Which the room was told, but shortly later, that decision was reversed.

They counted ballots unsupervised -- half truth. It's true the observers and reporters left, but the room was still watched under surveillance video.

You are too upset, as always, to want to waste one's time in your inability to understand and much less ACCEPT the US Constitution and the Rule of Law.

Trump's words are the law to you, there is nothing anyone can say or show to make you even slightly see any light at the end of the tunnel.

Yes, I am a true Democrat, a true American, a true citizen with knowledge of the Constitution and the Rule of Law of my country. Thank you.

That the press and observers had not been called back , with an excuse of - oh well , they could not be prevented from attending , and they left on their own , is a partisan hack answer demonstrating a flippant lack of integrity .

From the video you provided , the testimony was that the video was the possession of the arena , and that the cameras had not been installed by the election committee , and that the video had only been presented for the first time that day , even though the election committee had come to its conclusion without it .

Thus , given the witness testimony , even though some election committee official rubber stamped their own opinion , questioning the situation is legitimate .

Except it's true, they themselves said they left because they thought counting was done for the night and that no one told them to leave. So why would someone call them back when they left on their own accord? But even going with the position they should have been called back... even though they weren't, nothing nefarious took place. The ballots under the table were legal ballots. They were legitimately scanned and counted. They were not counted more than once. Georgia went on to do 2 more counts following that initial tabulation, one by hand, and neither showed a discrepancy in the count. So while the press and observers should have been there, nothing changed because they weren't. The outcome would have been the same either way.

No one denies questioning the events there is legitimate. The issue is that Trump's attorneys outright lied. They had the whole video. They showed only selected pieces to create a false narrative. For example, the video shows the ballots were stowed under the table at 10:06:40pm. But Trump's attorneys only show video up until 09:59:58, then skip the next 19 minutes, which would have shown the Senate the ballots were being placed under the table. They don't show that part but instead, skip to 10:19:38. Then after showing more video, they get to the 11:02:40 mark, showing ballots pulled out from under the table and feign ignorance of when those ballots were placed there. Suggesting there were under the table since 8:22am in the morning when the table was positioned there.

As Gabriel Sterling said, "this is normal ballot scanning processing. They [Trump's lawyers] had this whole video. They [Trump's lawyers] know what happened here. They [Trump's lawyers] [are] intentionally misleading people and that's what's so frustrating. It's one thing to think you have suspicions, but to intentionally mislead people using falsified evidence by giving them only part of it, is infuriating."

Nobody in their right mind can look at this and say.. “oh wow, what a coincidence?”

This leftist guy not only wants to time up the trial for obvious political reasons, but he also is trying to charge every lawyer under Trump to intimidate others..

There is no reason to believe this is credible, and they aren’t trying to hide it at all either.
Yes no one in their right mind, therefore every nutbag Trump-hater sees nothing but what they want to see. YAY WE"RE GETTING TRUMP!!! :spinner:

You make the mistake all cultists make. You think these career prosecutors and judges are unserious people, because your entire cult and its leader are unserious people.

The shallow, childish thinking you describe -- while it is definitely the MO of your cult and its leader --is not how serious people operate.

No reason to believe it's credible except for the fact that it's all taking place in a court of law unlike Trump's scheme to present fake electors....
There is no proof Trump had a 'scheme' to insert fake electors. They're called slate of 'alternate electors' and this has been used before in other elections, the most prominent is Kennedy in Hawaii in the 60's. Study some history lunkhead.

Entitled does not mean forced. He can waive that right. It happens all the time.

He already said when he wanted the trial to occur.

Thee are many defendants. Lots of discovery and evidemce to compile.

Why shouldnt the defense have the same amount of time the prosecution had?

If it took the police a decade to get evidence on a criminal.. you want the criminal to have 10 years to prepare a defense? Are you retarded?

There's a process for appointing alternate electors that you'd be surprised to discover doesn't include forging your own documents.

They were not alternate electors. They were fake electors. You don't know what an elector is.

Calling them alternate electors is like saying George Floyd bought a pack of cigarettes with an alternate $20.

I don't think President Trump is going to serve any time in jail. I think a lot of the charges will be thrown out or reduced.
