That's a question that has no definitive answer. All we have is an untested opinion by the justice dept. that criminal behavior by the president is a matter for congress. Seems woefully inadequate when half of congress would not vote to convict for any crime no matter how heinous. In any case this presumed immunity ends just as soon as he leaves office.
